Read it back, sign with your finger or mouse, and send. We prepare the paperwork and take it from there.
Direct cremation, with the total shown upfront
Our Essential Care Cremation is $1,650 including GST. If your loved one is at Royal Adelaide, Flinders, Lyell McEwin, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital or with the State Coroner, that's the whole cost. From a home, residential aged care or another location, a $450 transfer fee and a $225 medical certificate fee apply — $2,325 all up including GST. Either way, your total is shown before you submit.
